We are a Barbados-based retailer offering authentic LEGO® products for builders of all ages. We currently offer local pickup and island-wide delivery within Barbados.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection or has been dispatched for delivery.

Local Delivery

We offer delivery throughout Barbados.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, public holidays, and courier availability.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.

Delivery Charges

A flat island-wide delivery fee of BBD $15 applies to all delivery orders within Barbados unless otherwise stated.

From time to time, Brick Therapy may offer free delivery promotions or other special offers, which will be clearly indicated on the website at the time of purchase.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that all delivery and contact information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Brick Therapy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or collection at info@bricktherapybb.com.

Where possible, please include photographs and details of the issue so that we can investigate and assist promptly.

Availability

While we strive to keep inventory levels accurate, products are occasionally subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss available options, including a replacement product, store credit, or refund.
