Refund policy

At Brick Therapy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery or collection of your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and unopened;
• Be in their original condition;
• Be returned with all original packaging;
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Opened LEGO® sets, partially assembled sets, or sets with missing pieces cannot be returned unless the item was supplied damaged or defective.

To request a return, please contact us at info@bricktherapybb.com before returning any item.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon collection or delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographs where applicable. We will review the issue and work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Manufacturer Defects and Missing Pieces

LEGO® provides customer support for missing pieces and manufacturing defects. In many cases, replacement pieces can be requested directly from LEGO.

If you require assistance, please contact us and we will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened LEGO® sets that are not defective;
• Sale or clearance items;
• Gift cards;
• Special order items obtained specifically at a customer's request;
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery or collection.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered subject to product availability and at Brick Therapy's discretion.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Local Delivery and Collection Orders

Customers are encouraged to inspect items at the time of collection or as soon as possible following delivery. Any issues should be reported promptly to ensure we can assist effectively.
